The QualityMarkSM Program
The QualityMarkSM Program is a quality control system designed to ensure you receive the highest quality home. Its purpose is to provide a thorough inspection of your home prior to closing. All items identified during the QualityMarkSM inspection are finished and corrected with the goal of delivering a beautiful new home that is complete at closing...not months later.
A commitment to quality
When you purchase one of our homes, we work together as a team before and after your move-in. So, it should be no surprise that we want our customers to be as confident about purchasing and living in their homes as we are about building them.
You are invited to a pre-closing inspection at which time, Gridiron’s on-site Construction Manager tours your new home with you to:
- Ensure your home has been completed to the highest standard before your day of closing.
- Introduce you to your new home and explain the operations of all systems.
- Answer any questions you may have about your new home.
As part of our commitment to service your home throughout the warranty period, we have instituted prescheduled post-closing warranty visits (example: 45-day and 11-month visits). The goal of these visits is to ensure all of your warranty needs are appropriately addressed while at the same time providing you with the comfort of knowing that our Gridiron representative will be there for you both before and after closing.
Your authorized representative will explain to you our process of scheduling and completing prescheduled post-closing warranty visits, in addition, to the many benefits associated with this type of service program. It is our goal to address all of your warranty items at this time. As with regular warranty service, you or your authorized representative must be present to provide access to the home for service items to be completed.
